What do you need on site for the operation of the booth?
The booth's setup operates from a single line coming out of the booth that needs to be plugged into an AC outlet. We will provide extension cords to run to the nearest outlet, but we ask for power to be provided on site. We recommend sectioning off a 8' x 10' area preferably with higher ceilings to setup the booth in (minimum 8' ceiling). Last, and most importantly, we need access to an elevator to the venue if not on the ground floor. Providing as much information of the schedule of events and layout of space will help us operate the booth as smoothly as possible.
What are the areas that you service? Are you open to areas outside of NYC?
We service all five boroughs of New York City without travel fees. For events outside of that limit, we have basic travel fees setup for travel and accomodations (if necessary). Please contact us for rates.
How long does it take to set up?
30-40 minutes once all of the pieces are on site. Unloading from van to full setup may take anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes. Breakdown will require the same amount of time but the display table with prints will be setup until the end of the event.
Are printing services available on site?
Yes. Please contact us for rates for on site printing. The printing will be done as a large batch print that will be on a display table for pickup at the end of the night. For review of the picture just taken, there is a monitor on the side of the camera where the image can be reviewed by guests. An operator will be standing full time to manage the review monitor. The review monitor assures that the best picture is chosen for printing.
Is a custom shoot setup available?
Yes! A custom built photobooth deserves a customizable interior. The inside "stage" area measures 30" x 45" and can house a wide array of decorations that will add richness and charm to the photos.
